Some of our products are made to order. This means they’re crafted especially for you once your order is placed.

Please allow 10-14 working days for production before dispatch.

Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 2-4 working days.

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Made to Order and Hand-Dyed Pieces

We celebrate the uniqueness of handmade craft.

Slight variations in colour, print placement, texture, or finish are natural - especially in hand-dyed and small-batch items.

These are not flaws, but rather a reflection of the time, hands, and dye pots that shape each piece.

No two may be exactly alike and that’s what makes them special.

By producing only what’s needed, we reduce overproduction and stay rooted in our purpose.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns unless the item you received is damaged or incorrect.

In such cases, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, unboxing video and your order number.

We will make it right by offering refund or replacement based on availability if the piece is unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.
