As a small-batch, conscious brand, we do not offer refunds. However, we want you to love your purchase. If you’ve received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll make it right.

Return & Exchange Criteria

Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects and incorrect items.
The product must be returned unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns on sale items and accessories.

All our garments are handcrafted in small batches using recycled and natural materials. Slight variations in colour, weave, texture, or finish are natural and should not be considered defects. These subtle differences are part of what makes each piece unique.
Product colors may vary slightly due to screen/device settings or photography lighting.
The Picnic Club reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.
